We continue to evolve work practices and have also focused on shifting our company culture towards a culture of enhanced inclusion and employee engagement.  Every team member embarks upon a yearly joint review and development programme supported by a 6 month review.  Every person is encouraged to discuss their long, medium and short term expectations from their career at Kilwaughter – adopting such an approach ensures that individuals take ownership for their own learning and are engaged with their learning.

We have up-skilled our Supervisor / Team Leaders and also developed alongside a business improvement consultant a bespoke management training programme to meet our specific company and department objectives.

Every individual at our Company commits to continuing professional development across all grades, Operatives to Management.  CPD is incorporated in our job descriptions as a key responsibility.  Every individual has a career at Kilwaughter and we are committed to ensuring that each person is the very best at what they do at our Company.
